ActionSite is a training solution dedicated to Clinical Research Associates.

ActionSite is based on an innovative learning method: virtual monitoring, a dematerialized monitoring session.

The learner is in professional situation, in a virtual environment, as close as possible to the issues encountered in the field.

The trainee must prepare and conduct the visit, identify deviations, raised queries and deviations with reference to regulation, and then issue an appropriate action plan.

Learning is targeted through adaptive trainings, tailored to the identified needs and skills of each Clinical Research Associate trainee.

ActionSite proposes three different trainings corresponding to three levels of technical and personal skills, autonomy and initiative.
