Michele Graham is General Manager, AI Infrastructure and Capability with the Australian Government. Michele has worked at the Department of Industry, Science and Resources since 2019, formerly leading policy work on Critical Technologies, Quantum and Science. Prior to this she supported 5 Australian Prime Ministers at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, culminating in leading the Cabinet Secretariat.     Before joining the public sector, Michele developed business strategies for major Australian and multi-national companies in the financial services, manufacturing, information technology, energy and telecommunications sectors.     Michele holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from Australian Graduate School of Management, a MPhil in Educational Research from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with 1st Class Honours and the University Medal from University of Sydney.
