Aljon Del Rosario is Managing Director at Index Partners, a transaction and strategic advisory firm focused on infrastructure investments across emerging markets. He has over a decade of experience spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and asset management, advising developers, infrastructure platforms, and institutional investors on opportunities across the infrastructure sector.   His work focuses on capital raising, M&A, and project development strategy for large-scale infrastructure assets, including renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure such as data centers and telecom tower platforms. In the Philippines, he has supported the development and financing of several gigawatts (GW) of project capacity and advised on more than 1 GW of successful bids under the country’s renewable energy auction programs.   Prior to advisory, Aljon worked on the operator side of the infrastructure industry at Vena Group, providing practical insight into project development, commercial structuring, and the requirements financiers look for when backing large-scale infrastructure assets. He continues to work closely with developers and investors across Asia and Africa to unlock capital for energy transition and digital infrastructure opportunities.
