Gary Martin Dit Latour is a general engineer with 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Gary is based in Metro Manila, acting as ASEAN Regional Manager and Senior Technical Advisor for Syneria. Gary has led or participated in technical advisory and engineering consultancy services on a combined total installed capacity surpassing 6GW, including onshore/offshore wind and solar PV. Gary started working in the onshore wind project development field at G7 Renewable Energies (2012, in South Africa), at wpd (2014, in France) and at PMVE (2015-2016, in France). He then acted as technical advisor at Mott MacDonald (2016-2020, in France), managing the delivery of onshore/offshore wind and solar PV advisory services in France and Africa. Gary joined Syneria in 2020, working on numerous technical due diligence assignments on onshore wind and solar PV projects (for Lenders and M&A transactions, >1GW per portfolio), as well as Owner’s Engineering missions at feasibility stage and during construction/O&M contracts negotiations. Gary has also performed several construction monitoring duties and wind turbine inspections.
