Mr. Pampolina started his corporate career as a Junior Bank Officer at one of the top Universal Banks in the Philippines (Union Bank of the Philippines) being recognized as a Quality Banker and worked his way up from being a Business Development & Strategic Planning Manager at one of the biggest financial services group in the country (P. J. Lhuillier Group of Companies), Supply Chain and Operations Manager of an International Swiss Watch & Jewellery Company (Technomarine Philippines) and a Business Development & Operations Manager of one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines (Aboitiz Group). Mr. Pampolina graduated from Ateneo De Manila University with a degree in AB Management Economics and finished his MBA from De La Salle Graduate School of Business graduating with Distinction and Dean’s Honours List He was also an Associate Lecturer at the De La Salle University teaching Strategic Management. Mr. Pampolina was awarded as the Leadership Practice Awards - FP&A Lead of the Year 2022 Finalist by CXO Society (Singapore) January 2022 and Best Real Estate CCO for the C-Suite Awards 2024 by CEO Monthly (London). Currently, Mr. Pampolina is a Business Development Consultant and the Chief Sustainability Officer | Chief Compliance Officer | Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Planning | Corporate Information Officer for Sta. Lucia Land Inc (SLI), Intelassist Inc. Area Manager (Australia) and Public Relations Director of the Sta. Lucia Foundation.
