I am Engr. Joshua C. Manangan, a Registered Electrical Engineer specializing in the commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, and transmission infrastructure. I currently serve as a BESS Commissioning Lead at Jacobs, where I oversee grid‑integrated testing, system verification, and regulatory compliance for large‑scale energy projects. Over the years, I have led major energization milestones and MV/HV implementation works across multiple renewable and BESS facilities throughout the Philippines. Before joining Jacobs, I gained extensive experience through key technical and supervisory roles at Citicore Construction, SMGP BESS Power, and Power Dimension, delivering successful power and industrial projects nationwide. I continue to advance my technical expertise through ongoing training in BESS operations, power system studies, and safety programs to strengthen my contribution to the energy sector.
